Simon Hughes is a professional photographer with more than 20 years experience in editorial and advertising fields. He now specialises in images for the wine industry including studio (bottles/personnel/paraphernalia) and location (personnel/vineyards/cellar door etc) photography. Simon is also a specialist in architectural and real estate photography including aerial (heli or fixed wing) and low level aerial (ground based images to 20 metres).

Additionally, Simon is the author of the wine column -- Grape Expectations -- writing under the nom de plume Max Crus. Grape Expectations recently celebrated 14 years of continuous weekly publication and is now one of the longest running and most widely published wine columns in Australia.
